Terms of Use

Note: the governing version of these terms is the Portuguese one, available at nuky.com.br/termos. In case of any conflict, the Portuguese text prevails. The summary below is provided for convenience.

These are the rules for using Nuky, written to be clear and fair. By using the app, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Nuky.

2. Minimum age

Nuky is intended for adults aged 18 or older. By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you do not meet this requirement, please do not use Nuky.

3. What Nuky is

Nuky is an app that supports organizing, focusing, and getting started on tasks. It helps you choose the next doable action and ease overwhelm. It is not a health service.

4. Responsible use and health

Nuky doesn't treat, cure, or diagnose ADHD or any health condition, and it doesn't replace professional care. If you're in real distress, please reach out for professional help.

5. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity on your account. Please use the app lawfully and respectfully.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Nuky has a free plan and paid plans (Nuky Pro), monthly or annual. Billing goes through the store where you downloaded the app (Google Play or the App Store), under each store's rules. You see the price before you confirm, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel.

7. Cancellation and renewal

You can cancel whenever you want, in the same store where you subscribed: on Google Play, under Subscriptions; on iPhone or iPad, under Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. Pro access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

8. Intellectual property

Nuky, including its name, visual identity, mascot, copy, design, and code, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to its creators. Using the app does not transfer any of those rights to you. The content you create inside the app remains yours.

9. Limitation of liability

Nuky is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it stable and useful, but we don't guarantee specific productivity or wellbeing outcomes.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll let you know about meaningful changes in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
